I'm Michael Yang, a facilitator and trainer based in Austria. I founded human-intelligence.studio because I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations that had the strategy, the talent, and the ambition, but couldn't figure out how to actually work together well enough to make the best of it.
My approach draws on facilitation methods for self-organizing teams (The Hum), a decade in international networks at the intersection of business and sustainability (oikos), and hands-on experience running workshops in corporate and academic settings across the German-speaking world. The studio exists to close the gap between what teams agree on in meetings and what they actually do when they leave the room.
