A team working together around a table at the Collective Intelligence Lab

Collective Intelligence Lab

A full day to build something that matters.

One question. Four phases. Real output by evening.

One full day · Graz, Austria · 9:00 to 20:00

The question

You carry more creative potential than you've ever accessed. What happens when a small group comes together and uses it properly?

Find out.

The idea

The Collective Intelligence Lab is a full-day working event for practitioners, entrepreneurs, and curious people willing to give everything for one day. We don't discuss problems. We identify them, work on them, and produce something real. AI handles the production. You provide the judgment.

Bring yourself. We give the frame.

Who you become

im·pre·neur

/ɪmˈprɛ.njɜː/ · n. · impact + entrepreneur

Someone who turns creative potential into tangible output and measures their contribution by the impact it creates. Not just an entrepreneur. Not just an idealist. A person who shows up with a question, works with others to find an answer, and gets the work done.

The day

09:00

Arrive & connect

We open slowly. A check-in circle, three voices on human intelligence, genuine presence before anything else. The quality of everything that follows is set here.

10:50

Find the real problem

Working in small groups, we surface the problems actually worth solving, not the stated ones. The stated problem is almost never the real one.

12:45

Lunch

Seated together. The morning continues in conversation.

13:45

Produce

Three sprints. Teams work with AI as production partner: you steer, it generates. By 18:25, something real exists that didn't exist this morning. Not a presentation about a project. The project itself.

18:30

Show what exists

Each team shows their output. The room witnesses, not critiques.

19:20

Witness & commit

Each person names one specific commitment out loud, to the room. Said in the presence of others, it has different physics than a private intention. We close at 20:00.

Team up with AI

You bring

Presence, taste, and judgment. You find the problem worth solving, steer the work, and decide what is true, what is honest, and what to cut.

AI brings

Generation, iteration, and drafting speed. In the production sprints it does the heavy lifting so you can move from idea to artifact in an afternoon.

This day is for

Practitioners ready to build, not just discuss

Entrepreneurs with a problem worth solving

Students willing to give everything for one day

Anyone curious about what AI changes, and what it doesn't

Facilitators and hosts wanting to experience their own medicine

People with a question they haven't been able to answer alone

What you leave with

The promise

A real artifact (a brief, a tool, a framework, a proposal, a manifesto) that you and your team built in a day and that someone outside the room could use tomorrow. Plus one public commitment, witnessed by the people around you.
