The idea
The Collective Intelligence Lab is a full-day working event for practitioners, entrepreneurs, and curious people willing to give everything for one day. We don't discuss problems. We identify them, work on them, and produce something real. AI handles the production. You provide the judgment.

Arrive & connect
We open slowly. A check-in circle, three voices on human intelligence, genuine presence before anything else. The quality of everything that follows is set here.

Find the real problem
Working in small groups, we surface the problems actually worth solving, not the stated ones. The stated problem is almost never the real one.

Lunch
Seated together. The morning continues in conversation.

Produce
Three sprints. Teams work with AI as production partner: you steer, it generates. By 18:25, something real exists that didn't exist this morning. Not a presentation about a project. The project itself.

Show what exists
Each team shows their output. The room witnesses, not critiques.

Witness & commit
Each person names one specific commitment out loud, to the room. Said in the presence of others, it has different physics than a private intention. We close at 20:00.
Team up with AI
You bring
Presence, taste, and judgment. You find the problem worth solving, steer the work, and decide what is true, what is honest, and what to cut.
AI brings
Generation, iteration, and drafting speed. In the production sprints it does the heavy lifting so you can move from idea to artifact in an afternoon.
